A little bit about me :
Up until August 2023 I worked with the Scottish SPCA for 11 years as a Senior Animal Rescue Officer where I rescued injured, stray and distressed animals of all shapes and sizes. This ranged from rabbits, hedgehogs, seals, cats, badgers, deer, birds and everything in between!
Previously I worked at The Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home for several years where I looked after my own kennel block full of dogs in need of new homes. I fostered many dogs which helped me to see what they were like in a home environment and in turn helped me match them up with the perfect new family 😊
Whilst at school and after leaving, i volunteered at Gorgie City Farm, looking after both the Farm animals as well as the small domestic Pets.
After leaving school, I studied Animal Care at Oatridge College.
From a young age, I always wanted to work with animals and always have!
